We’re on the quest to find a strong Account Manager to our awesome team who aligns with our Mission and Culture.
THE ROLE:
This is a hybrid role - Most days in the office, some days working from home
Must be willing and able to come into the office the first 90 days.
Quite simply -
- You’ll work alongside the Business Development Representative (BDR) and ensure our new customers are going through the fulfillment pipeline while our BDR chases the next opportunity.
- You’ll actively grow our current customer base while providing excellent customer service.
- You’ll create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities so we may capture more out of each account.
- You’ll ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with our product and service and interact with multiple personalities to create a raving experience.
- You’ll be a part of a brand new sales department that’s eager to sell more while taking care of our customers.
- ...and you’ll make some pretty great money and bring joy to people’s life while doing it too!
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has strong customer service skills and can interact with multiple personalities with ease.
- Has consistently received 5-star ratings in customer satisfaction.
- Has grown existing customer accounts.
- Has worked alongside a strong Business Development Representative and ensured a smooth transition from sales to fulfillment.
- Has been a part of a new sales department.
- Has been the first official Account Manager in this division.
SPECIFICS REQUIRED/PREFERRED
3+ years of account management required
Active growth account (up-selling and cross-selling) experience required
Promotional products knowledge a huge plus
Must be willing to travel 2-3 times a year (possibility for more based on company growth)
Must pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
